Is airfare included in the cost of the tour?

Airfare or other transportation to Phoenix, AZ is not included. Because our guests come from throughout Wisconsin and around the country, it's not practical for us to arrange and include airfare as part of the tour cost. This also allows participants to book dates, times, and airlines that are most convenient to them and their location.

The tour starts and ends at the Crowne Plaza Phoenix - Chandler Golf Resort.
How do I get between Phoenix area airports and the resort?

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport ground transportation options - approximately 18 miles from the resort

Mesa Gateway Airport ground transportation options - approximately 15 miles from the resort

Uber vouchers will be provided to all tour participants to use between the Phoenix airports and the resort. The vouchers cover the cost of the Uber ride. You will need the Uber app on your smart phone to use the vouchers. We will email voucher information to tour participants prior to the tour.
Will there be time for golfing if I want to golf?

There should be time to golf early morning or late afternoon on some of our tour days. Our group receives 15% off published rates at the resort golf course, San Marcos Golf Course. To receive the discount, you must book your tee time directly with the golf course at least 30 days in advance. All fees associated with golfing are the responsibility of each golfer. Each tour participant also receives one complimentary bucket of range balls during the tour.
What size beds are in the resort rooms?

What is the cancellation policy?

Do you offer travel insurance?

How can I book the tour?

The tour can be booked online or by calling us at 507-421-4008 Tour registration closes on 12/31/23, contact us after that date to check availability.
Who can go on the tour?

Adults and children of all ages can participate in the tour. We strive to provide a family atmosphere that will be enjoyable for all participants.
What should I bring with on the tour?

Warm and cool weather clothing (days can be in the 80’s and evenings and mornings can be cool), cameras/smartphones/tablets, spending money, sunblock, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, caps or hats, sunglasses, items for player autographs (gloves, balls, photos, baseball cards).
