What is included in the cost of the tour?​​​

  • Six nights at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch

  • Welcome reception - includes dinner and two drinks per person

Is airfare included in the cost of the tour?

Airfare or other transportation to/from Scottsdale, AZ is not included.  Because our tour participants come from throughout Wisconsin and around the country, it's not practical for us to arrange and include airfare as part of the tour cost.  This also allows participants to book dates, times, and airlines that are most convenient to them and their location.

Where does the tour start and end at?

The tour starts and ends at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch.

How do I get between Phoenix area airports and the hotel?​

To help offset your ground transportation expense, each room will receive a $150 cash ground transportation stipend, distributed at the welcome reception.​

 

What size beds are in the hotel rooms?

The following room bed configurations are available to participants during the Brewers Spring Training Tours.

  • Single Room: king bed

  • Double Room: choice of king bed or two queen beds

  • Triple Room: two queen beds

  • Home Run Room: two queen beds​

The following room bed configuration is available to participants during the optional Grand Canyon Tour (March 22 - 23)​​

  • Two queen beds

What is the bus like that is used during the tours?

The 54 passenger motorcoach during our tours in Arizona is equipped with a restroom and WiFi.  We also provide complimentary bottled water and snacks  every day on the bus.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations by 12/31/24 will receive a refund of what was paid, less a 3% processing fee.  Because of our commitments with lodging, transportation, and tickets for games and attractions, cancellations after 12/31/24 are non-refundable.  Check out our travel protection plan to learn more about trip cancellation coverage available to you.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Who can go on the tour?

Adults and children of all ages can participate in the tour.  We strive to provide a family atmosphere that will be enjoyable for all participants.

What should I bring with on the tour?

Warm and cool weather clothing (days can be in the 80’s and evenings and mornings can be cool), cameras/smartphones/tablets, spending money, sunblock, swimwear, comfortable walking shoes, caps or hats, sunglasses, items for player autographs (gloves, balls, photos, baseball cards).​
