Important Update Regarding Our 2027 Tour
The current MLB collective bargaining agreement between the owners and players expires December 1, 2026. If there is a lockout and a new agreement is not reached by January 14, 2027 (the deadline for us to release our group room block back to the hotel without penalty), the tour will be canceled, and all deposits will be fully refunded.
Reservations
A $100 deposit per person is required at booking to secure your reservation.
2027 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel for a full refund at any time through January 14, 2027. If the MLB lockout remains in effect as of that date, we will cancel the tour and issue full refunds to all participants. If the tour is confirmed to proceed as planned, cancellations made after January 14, 2027 will be non-refundable.
Final Payment
If the tour proceeds as planned, your remaining balance is due January 21, 2027

• Six nights at Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch
• Welcome reception - includes dinner and two drinks per person

• $150 per room ground transportation credit, paid in cash at the welcome reception

Not Included In Tour Cost
• Airfare or other transportation to/from Scottsdale, AZ, at the start and end of the tour
• Travel insurance (optional travel insurance is available for purchase)
• Personal expenses, such as telephone calls, and meals/beverages, unless specifically noted as included in your tour package
• Any other items not specifically noted as included in your tour package
Prices
Prices reflected are per person, based upon the stated single, double, triple, or home run occupancy.
Accommodations
The following room bed configurations are available to participants.
• Single Room (one person): king bed
• Double Room (two people): choice of king bed or two queen beds
• Triple Room (three people): two queen beds
• Home Run Room (four people): two queen beds
Hotel Policy
Incidental hotel charges, including room service, phone calls, etc., are not covered and are the full responsibility of the participant. The hotel generally requires a credit card at check-in to cover incidentals, and all incidental charges are to be paid directly to the hotel by the participant at checkout.
Itinerary
Every effort is made not to deviate from the published itinerary. In the rare circumstances where a revision is necessary, Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to make changes that may include a change in game times, tours offered, hotels substituted, or travel methods altered when deemed necessary to do so. All such changes will be communicated to participants, and any such changes will not result in eligibility for a refund. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC also reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled tour due to a lack of participation, which will result in eligibility for a full refund of what was paid. Game Rainout Policy
If a game the group is attending is cancelled before starting or has started but has not reached MLB official game status, refunds will be issued for the cost of the ticket(s).
Non-Tour Participants
For liability reasons, anyone who is not a paying tour participant is prohibited from any tour activities, including, but not limited to, the welcome reception and group motorcoach transportation during the tour.
Responsibility
Arizona Baseball Tours LLC acts as an agent/broker in the coordination of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, guided tours, ticket fulfillment, and other travel-related items related to your tour package. As a participant, you acknowledge and agree that Arizona Baseball Tours LLC does not own, operate, or control the actions of the entities providing these services. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC contracts with suppliers such as hotels, charter bus operators and other service providers that provide the travel products; it does not have direct control over the provision of services by suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, additional cost, accident, delay, irregularity that may be occasioned by any error or default, act or omission of any supplier in carrying out the arrangements of any tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. Your acknowledgement releases Arizona Baseball Tours LLC and its member parties, including employees and representatives of Arizona Baseball Tours LLC, from all loss, injury, and damages you may suffer during the trip. You further acknowledge that Arizona Baseball Tours LLC also accepts no liability for changes, omissions, or delays, before or during the course of any tour occasioned by technical difficulties, weather conditions, strikes, war or unrest, communication breakdowns, or events beyond the control of Arizona Baseball Tours LLC. All expenses occasioned by such events, including but not limited to unscheduled extensions or curtailment of accommodation, changes to scheduled flights, additional air fares, telephone and meal costs, etc., will be the responsibility of the client. Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation and provide a full refund to the travel party at its discretion.
Photography
Arizona Baseball Tours LLC reserves the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour or part thereof and to use the resulting photography, videos, or recordings for promotional or commercial use. By making a reservation with Arizona Baseball Tours LLC, the participant agrees to allow his/her likeness to be used by Arizona Baseball Tours LLC. If the participant prefers that his/her likeness not be used, he/she must notify Arizona Baseball Tours LLC in writing before the start of the tour.
Unlawful/Abusive Behavior
Arizona Baseball Tours LLC strives to provide a positive and safe experience for all participants. While Arizona Baseball Tours LLC does not accept responsibility for the behavior of other participants, any participant engaging in unlawful, offensive, or abusive behavior may be removed from the tour without refund.
